Igor Borovikov, Softline Founder, Increased his Stake in the Group
Update on 24 April 2023 - Igor Borovikov is no longer a shareholder of Softline Russia as of April 2023, having sold all his shares in the company. Following the sale, Borovikov has turned his attention to other international projects.
Softline Holding plc began trading under the brand name Noventiq after divesting part of its business in October 2022.
Softline announces the acquisition of Softline GDRs in the open market by Igor Borovikov, the Company's founder.
Igor Borovikov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Softline, exercised his right to purchase Softline GDRs in the open market as granted to him by the Company's Board of Directors. Igor Borovikov purchased 354,332 GDRs of Softline at the London Stock Exchange. This purchase has been documented:

Igor Borovikov has noted that he believes in Softline's long-term growth prospects.
