Mr. Jacques Guers has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. He has 38 years of experience within IT companies, having acted as President for various companies within Europe and the Emerging Markets. In 2007, Mr. Guers was awarded the title ‘Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur’ for his contribution to the French economy as a member of MEDEF-French Business Confédération, a result of hissignificant involvement in discussions with the French government in relation to improving the economy’s attractiveness for foreign investments.

Igor Borovikov, original founder and member of the Board of Directors, was born in 1964 in Shuya. He studied computer science and mathematics at the Moscow State University. He completed his PhD in 1989 at the same university. In 1993, Igor created the company with a team of just 10 people.

Roy is a highly accomplished Senior Manager and operations expert with a results-driven approach.With over 30 years experience at Xerox Ltd, he possesses a powerful transformative style with the ability to conceptualise and implement strategy leading to a significant increase in brand positioning, growth and profit. Roy is a professional businessman with great experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, organisational efficiency, business planning and leadership development. During his career he has worked in the UK as well as Middle East & Africa, India, Asia Pacific including Japan, Europe, Latin America including Brazil, and Mexico.

Mr. Karl Robb has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director. He has 39 years of experience in the software engineering and IT solutions industries. Mr. Robb began his extensive career in 1982 with the global solutions provider ICL and spent seven years in the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Sweden in a variety of roles, including: Business Analyst, Sales, Product Management and Marketing and Major Account Management with EU Governmental Institutions. In 1993, Mr. Robb co-founded Mobile Computing Systems, a mobile enterprise development platform and vertical applications provider in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy, which was acquired by the Malaysian telecom operator. In 2001, Mr. Robb co-founded Fathom Technology and served as its CEO until it was acquired by EPAM Systems Europe in 2004. Mr. Robb joined EPAM after the acquisition and served as the Executive Vice President of EPAM Systems Inc. and the President of EPAM Systems Europe until 2015. He continues to serve on the board of directors for EPAM.

Mr. Marc Kasher has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Kasher is the founder and CEO of Sapiens Advisors, an international consulting company. Mr. Kasher is currently an Independent Director of Kazatomprom. From 1997 to 2015 Mr. Kasher worked at AIG Global Investments, a private equity investor, and was appointed as Managing Director in 2010. Mr. Kasher served as an Independent Director of Luxoft from 2013 to 2019, a digital services technology company at that time listed on the NYSE, now subsequently acquired by DXC Technologies. Mr. Kasher holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Soviet Studies from Tufts University.

As a global senior executive with decades of international experience in US publicly traded corporations, Tessler brings a wealth of experience to his role at Noventiq in building diverse, high-performing teams across multiple geographies and functions. Tessler is well-versed in driving results and leading initiatives on a global scale to transform international operations and company-wide functions. Tessler’s last position was Executive Vice President, President of International Operations at Xerox which he held between 2017 and 2020. In this capacity, Tessler played a key role in shaping Xerox’s strategy, while leading operational teams across more than 150 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Latin America, the Eurasian countries, and India. During his career at Xerox, Tessler also held several other senior management roles, including Head of Operations in Central and Eastern Europe, Israel and Turkey; President of Xerox’s affiliate in Brazil; COO of Latin America; President of Developing Markets Operations and President of Corporate Operations.

Mr. Sergey Chernovolenko joined the Company as the CEO of its international business in May 2018. He graduated from the Finance Academy (Moscow). Since 1997 he is engaged in IT business and successfully worked in a number of local and international companies. He was Director General of Xerox in Turkey for three years and led Xerox in 11 Eastern European countries.

As a global senior executive with decades of international experience in US publicly traded corporations, Tessler brings a wealth of experience to his role at Noventiq in building diverse, high-performing teams across multiple geographies and functions. Tessler is well-versed in driving results and leading initiatives on a global scale to transform international operations and company-wide functions. Tessler’s last position was Executive Vice President, President of International Operations at Xerox which he held between 2017 and 2020. Mr. Sergey Chernovolenko joined the Company as the CEO of its international business in May 2018. He graduated from the Finance Academy (Moscow). Since 1997 he is engaged in IT business and successfully worked in a number of local and international companies. He was Director General of Xerox in Turkey for three years and led Xerox in 11 Eastern European countries.

Gareth is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in IT and telecommunications, operating at board level across a range of public and private sector organisations. He is a powerful advocate for responsible corporate governance with in-depth knowledge of designing, implementing and managing effective risk frameworks, ethics and compliance programmes and systems of corporate governance. Gareth has held various positions at BT Group plc from 2004 to 2020, the most recent being a seven-year tenure as Group Director, Ethics, Compliance and Governance. Gareth has also served as Board Director at BT Law and EE. He has previously held positions at the Department for Work and Pensions, General Motors and Thomas Cook, among others. Gareth is also Non-Executive Director at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. Gareth has a proven track record in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and large-scale transformational change programmes. He has a pragmatic and motivational leadership style consistent with delivering excellent results, whilst maintaining an environment based on honesty, trust and professional integrity.

In his role as Noventiq´s CFO, Burak is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company’s work, as well as ensuring that the company is fiscally positioned to deliver on its strategic goals. Burak joined Noventiq in 2018, bringing with him 25+ years of experience in regional and international businesses. Prior to joining Noventiq, Burak held the position of General Manager with Xerox Turkey for 4 years. He also spent 7 years working in their developing markets arm in London – first as Financial Planning Director of Xerox Developing Market operations, and then as CFO for Xerox Central Eastern Europe. During his time at Xerox, Burak also worked for 2 years at HQ in Connecticut, USA. Burak was born in İstanbul in 1971, and is a graduate of İstanbul Technical University. He also holds a Master in Business Management.

Marina joined Noventiq in 2018 to lead our international and fast-growing HR team. During her time with Noventiq, Marina has led the integration of a number of the company's acquisitions. She has also played a key role in driving the organisational transition of people from one company to another, as well as coordinating the HR aspects of Noventiq´s demerger. Marina has a demonstrable track record for helping international organisations transform into mature, employee-centric companies. Specifically, her expertise is in achieving high levels of employee engagement, trust, and loyalty, while also reducing attrition, and empowering talent. With almost 20 years of experience managing multicultural and diverse HR global teams, Marina joined Noventiq after 13 years working in numerous senior HR roles at BBDO Group in Russia. Her main achievement at BBDO Group Russia was introducing and developing a rich recognition feedback system to implement the organisational policies relating to employees´ dignity and respect, wellbeing, and fair treatment. She also spearheaded multiple initiatives relating to the professional growth and success of employees.

During his career he has worked in the UK as well as Middle East & Africa, India, Asia Pacific including Japan, Europe,Latin America including Brazil, and Mexico.

Since 2019, Andrew Morrison has been the Vice President of Noventiq Global Services responsible for building strategic relationships with vendors, providers and partners. Andrew graduated from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh with a Master’s degree in Engineering. He has over 20 years’ experience in IT and BPO services, leading Global and International business development, portfolio management, sales and supply chain management. From 2009 to 2014, he held executive positions at Xerox Global Services based in the USA, returning to Europe in 2014 to lead the European Services business for Xerox. More recently, he was Non-Executive Director for M4 Managed Services, a cyber security and digital transformation business, working primarily in the UK Public Sector. Andrew is an expert in solution and service development together with implementation in large, mid-size and small companies. He has extensive experience in the Government, Financial, Manufacturing and Commercial sectors in Europe, USA and emerging markets, having led numerous global and international deployments and transformation projects.

As Vice President for Investor Relations at Noventiq, Steven's focus is on developing relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts, and C-suite executive teams, as well as driving key strategic projects for the company. During his career, he has acquired an impeccable track record as a strategically-minded and results-driven professional with a focus on finance and growth operations. Steven joined Noventiq in 2021, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in investor relations, and a wealth of knowledge in IT services and digital transformation from his years working with clients in aerospace and defence, communications and media. Prior to Noventiq, Steve spent nearly 20 years with global professional services company, Accenture. During that time, he held a number of Finance Director roles in client and commercial finance. He led the IR programme for Accenture across Europe and Asia, which was ranked #1 in IT Services by Institutional Investor. Steve is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He currently lives with his family in Surrey, UK.

Alexander joined Noventiq in 2021 as Vice President Global Sales to bring a significant understanding of the multi-faceted modern technology business and modern complex enterprise sales. Today, he leads three major areas of the company: Marketing, Strategy and Growth. Alexander came to Noventiq after 12 years working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he held multiple positions, including the Managing Director role of HP & after the corporate split HPE´s Russian business. In 2016, he moved to the UK with his family to join HPE UK&I, where he worked in several sales’ leadership positions looking after major enterprise customer segments in the region. Prior to his career in the information technology industry, Alexander spent two years with the French defense & aerospace conglomerate Thales Group as their VP for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He led regional engagements in space, defense, aviation and other mission critical industries. Right before joining Thales Group, he spent several years working as the regional leader for Alcatel. Through his career, Alexander, who has a degree in theoretical mathematics and MBA from Henley Management College (now part of Reading University), has constantly innovated in the commercial domain. He´s led large, multicultural teams distributed in different countries around the world, and continues today driving incremental growth and global success at Noventiq.

Atul has education background of Technology from National Institute of Information and Technology & Business Management from NMIMS, in India a premier and very prestigious institution. In the long 29 years of professional career with global tech companies like Microsoft, Citrix, and Tata Infotech (formerly Tata Unisys), Atul worked extensively with industries like banking and insurance, technology, automotive and retail and developed strong tech solutions helping organizations transform and automate for better growth. His deep understanding of technology and its mapping to business outcomes has contributed in establishing long-term business relationships with CXO community. At Noventiq, Atul started the India journey in 2014 and built the business from zero and was instrumental in the inorganic growth of India business as well, both pre-acquisition and post-acquisition. His experience in building and growing business within Noventiq spans across India, APAC, and Middle East & Africa region
