Noventiq (Noventiq Holdings plc) was founded in 1993 by Igor Borovikov. Since its inception, the Group has grown from a local software reseller with only 10 employees, to a global digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions and services provider with 5,900 employees.
Over the course of its nearly 30-year history, the company has established a proven track record of successful development and continued growth. In October 2021 the company was listed on London Stock Exchange.
Noventiq has supplemented its organic growth with the acquisition of a number of IT value-added resellers and solution providers, as outlined below, with the first M&A transaction completing more than ten years ago. Since then, the company has completed over 20 acquisitions and continues to pursue M&A opportunities to augment its primary organic growth strategies of capability development, geographic expansion and strengthening its sales channel with customer acquisition.
