Are you worried about wrongdoing at Noventiq? Do the right thing and Speak Up

Speak Up is Noventiq’s confidential hotline, where people working for or on behalf of the company can share any concern or suspicion related to ethical or compliance related wrongdoing in Noventiq.

We each have a responsibility to call out concerns relating to Noventiq's corporate ethics and compliance code when we feel that something is wrong, even if we're not certain about it. Speak Up provides a safe and confidential way for you to protect Noventiq and protect yourself. Don't rely on someone else; we can't act on your concerns if we don't know about them.

Use Speak Up to share any concern or suspicion about ethical or compliance related wrongdoing by a Noventiq person, or anyone working on behalf of Noventiq (subject to local law). Examples of concerns that we deal with are bribery, corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, human rights, bullying and harassment, substance abuse, threats, theft or misuse of Noventiq resources.

Confidentiality and No-Retaliation policy

"Speak Up" is hosted by Covercent, our external third party, so you can be sure that you can submit your report confidentially.
If you report any wrongdoing or unethical behaviour the matter will be treated confidentially and your details will not be disclosed unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

Noventiq is under a legal obligation to protect your interests and position and we will ensure anyone who raises an honest concern in good faith is supported and protected.

We know it takes courage to speak up. We'll do whatever we can to support and protect you and we won't let anyone retaliate against you for sharing your concerns with us. If someone tries to deter you from speaking up that's a disciplinary offence and we'll deal with it seriously.

Message from Gareth Tipton (CCO and VP Legal, Governance and Compliance)

“All the best businesses thrive on an open culture where everyone is able to speak up. Whether that’s suggesting a different way to do something or raising a concern, being able to speak up makes for a better workplace. Speaking directly to those involved is often the best option but, when that’s not possible, the ‘Speak Up’ facility is here for you.

When we see something we don’t think is right then we must speak up about it. If we don’t stop it, we accept it and nothing changes. We know it takes courage to speak up. We’ll do whatever we can to support and protect you and we won’t permit anyone to retaliate against you for reporting your concerns. If someone tries to deter you from speaking up, that’s a disciplinary offence and we’ll deal with it seriously, at any level of our organisation.”
